Why Your Builder's Location Matters
Building in South Jersey is not the same municipality to municipality. Flood zone requirements, foundation elevation standards, and permitting timelines vary significantly between shore towns and inland communities. A build in Brigantine has different FEMA requirements than one in Galloway, and Ocean City’s zoning process looks nothing like Egg Harbor Township’s. We work with local building departments across these areas regularly, so we know what each municipality requires before the first permit application goes in.
