Island Lane In Harbor Acres, Egg Harbor Township

3,600 Square Feet Of A Fully Custom Home

Taking This Lot From Dirt To Trim

The Harbor Acres Build

Rising in one of Egg Harbor Township’s most desirable neighborhoods, this 3,600-square-foot custom home is designed to blend structural grandeur with functional family living. The focal point of the build is the dramatic great room, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings that we framed with precision to flood the space with natural light. Even in the rough framing stage, the sheer volume of the home is undeniable, setting the stage for a truly open-concept living experience.

We broke ground in June 2025, efficiently moving through site clearing, excavation, and foundation work to take advantage of the summer weather. Our crew has maintained a rigorous pace through the framing and mechanical rough-ins, keeping us strictly on schedule. We are happy to announce, we have finished this project on July 1st, 2026. Proving that with the right project management, a custom home of this magnitude can be delivered in a little over a year without sacrificing quality.

This home was engineered for versatility. The layout prioritizes “forever home” accessibility with a spacious first-floor footprint housing the primary suite, two family bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. However, the true hidden gem is the upper level—a dedicated 2-bedroom, 1-bath bonus suite. Whether used for guests, in-laws, or a private retreat, this design maximizes the square footage to adapt to the family’s changing needs over decades.

The Interior

A Peak Inside

While the exterior looks gorgeous, especially with the custom black metal roofing, the interior is where our finish carpentry shines, including custom trim, bathrooms, and a high-end kitchen.
