Where We Build Homes In South Jersey

We are based in Egg Harbor Township and build custom homes across Atlantic County and the South Jersey shore corridor. We handle ground-up new construction and tear-down rebuilds, with owner Justin Ungaro directly involved in every project from planning through final walkthrough.

We Know The In's & Out's

Why Your Builder's Location Matters

Building in South Jersey is not the same municipality to municipality. Flood zone requirements, foundation elevation standards, and permitting timelines vary significantly between shore towns and inland communities. A build in Brigantine has different FEMA requirements than one in Galloway, and Ocean City’s zoning process looks nothing like Egg Harbor Township’s. We work with local building departments across these areas regularly, so we know what each municipality requires before the first permit application goes in.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve worked with a range of builders & JM Ungaro Co. stands out for their quality, consistency & professionalism.

From a broker’s perspective, communication & reliability are a must & he consistently delivers on both.

Their ability to balance customization with practicality is unmatched as well as guiding clients through design decisions in a manner that aligns with not only their wants but also with long-term market value. I’m confident referring JM Ungaro Co. to anyone interested in investing in a custom home or extensive renovation.

I have worked with JM Ungaro Company on multiple projects professionally, as well as having introduced them to real estate clients of mine that ultimately used the company to build their homes.
